Mark McDaniel has been in the restaurant and food industry over half his life. As someone always passionate about people, Mark consistently found himself around an environment in helping others. While a server for many high-end restaurants in Dallas, Mark perfected his service skills while learning from many great talents. Some of the culinary elbows he rubbed include: Kent Rathbun of Abacus, Richard Chamberlain of Chamberlain's Chop House, Mark Morrow of Mi Piaci and My House Catering and Tim Penn also of Mi Piaci.
