Menu II:  Sassy and Sophisticated 29 per person

  • Roasted Tomato and Caramelized Onion Tartlets
  • Signature Danish Blue Cheese Spread with Herbed Crostini
  • Roasted Chicken and Rosemary Pizza with Caramelized Onions and Goat Cheese
  • In House Cured Salmon with Crème Fraiche, Capers, Red Onion and Toast Points
  • Peppered Rubbed Beef Tenderloin with Light Red Wine Demi, Served with Dried Cherries, Whipped Horseradish and Assorted Dinner Rolls

Menu III:  Understated and Upscale 36 per person

  • Chicken Satay with a Hoisin Ginger Glaze
  • Prosciutto Wrapped Melon with Pomegranate Reduction
  • Colossal Shrimp Cocktail with Traditional Cocktail Sauce and Lemon Wedges
  • Feta and Roasted Red Bell Pepper Spread with Assorted Crostini
  • Rosemary Pork Tenderloin with Choice of: Apple Shallot Compote or Natural Pan Juices, Served with Dollar Dinner Rolls and Whole Grain Mustard
