Menu I:  Assorted Box Lunches 10 per person

  • Choice of Sandwich or Wrap (too many to list here!)
  • Choice of Pasta Salad or Chips
  • Fresh Fruit Cup
  • Double Fudge Brownie
  • Iced Tea

Menu II:  Build-Your-Own Sandwich Bar 12 per person

  • Assortment of Deli Meats and Cheeses to include Marinated Grilled Chicken, Smoked Ham, Turkey, Swiss and Provolone
  • Relish Tray to include lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle
  • Served with Chef’s Choice of Aioli and Honey Mustard
  • Variety of Breads to include Croissant, Wheat and Sourdough
  • Mark’s Pleasing Penne Pasta Salad with Romas, Basil and Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • Choice of Fresh Fruit or Assorted “Pick Up” Sweets

Hot Lunches

Menu I:  Seasonal Comfort Food 11 per person

  • Field Green Salad with Feta, Cucumbers and Carrots with Seasonal Vinaigrette
  • Slow Roasted Rotisserie Chicken Cut and Quartered
  • Roasted Root or Seasonal Vegetables
  • Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Menu II:  Take it Southwest 13 per person

  • Chips and Fire Roasted Salsa
  • Beef and Chicken Fajitas with Peppers, Onions, Tortillas, Cheese and Sour Cream (add Guacamole for 1.50 per person)
  • Classic Refried Beans and Mexican Rice

Menu III: Classic Continental 13 per person

  • Spinach Salad with Aged Blue, Strawberries and Toasted Pecans with Red Wine Vinaigrette
  • Herbed Rubbed Pork Tenderloin
  • Carrot Potato Puree
  • Oven Roasted Asparagus with Balsamic Reduction

Menu IV: Upscale and Elegant 15 per person

  • Baby Arugula Salad with roasted Beets, Toasted Pumpkin Seeds and Coriander Dressing
  • PRIME Beef Tenderloin with a Light Red Wine Demi Glaze
  • Butternut Squash and Leek Gratin
  • Sautéed Green Beans Almandine

All catering menus served with assorted pick-up sweets and iced tea.
